2. Treatments:   


a. Thermal Treatments
  • Primary Thermal Treatments for steels and iron casts:
            - Annealing
            - Normalizing                                  
  • Interoperation Thermal Treatments for steels and iron casts: 
            - Tension Release  
  • Thermo-Chemical Treatments:
    - Carburization in Endothermic atmosphere with oil hardening
    • usual depth of carburised case :0,15...0,80 mm
    - Carbon-nitrogen hardening in Endothermic atmosphere
    • usual depth of carbon-nitrogen case :0,15...0,60 mm
  On may executing carburization or carbon-nitrogen cases, out of the mentioned dimensions, function of the customer demands

 b. Galvanic Covering 

  • Chemical Burnish – until 400 mm dimensions of the items
  • Antirust Phosphate strip painting

3. Labs for testing, control, acceptance of the materials, metallographic control.

4. Repair and service for hydraulic installations.

5. Service in warranty period and after this.
